Music Vid: The Presets, “Are You the One” (Lifelike remix)

It’s unclear why Frenchtronica producer Lifelike didn’t remix something from the Presets’ recent Apocalypso instead of “Are You the One,” which originally appeared on the Australian duo’s 2005 album. And yet, it doesn’t matter. The combination of squelchy electro breaks and fashionista dancefloor bump amplifies the droll midnight flavors of the Presets’ Depeche Modeisms, but it would have done that for any of their tracks.
