Cryptacize‘s official Asthmatic Kitty bio mentions the smell of burnt sugar as the California trio’s principal influence, which, taking “bittersweet” to the very limit of its descriptive abilities, comes through pretty effectively on Dig That Treasure, the trio’s full-length debut.
